Year 11 & 12 Small Business students have been busy throughout the year creating products for their annual pop-up shop! Items include pallet Christmas trees, wooden cutting boards, artwork, and much more. All proceeds will be donated to the Wimmera Cancer Centre.
Our Year 12 'Sports Stars' took the court at lunchtime on Monday as they celebrated their final day of classes.
On Tuesday, the Class of 2024 celebrated their final day at St Brigid's. The day was marked with the annual Year 12 Assembly, where the entire school gathered as the graduating cohort reflected on their journey, sharing memorable photos and special moments from over the years. Principal Gerard Raven spoke about how the students have embodied the College’s motto, ‘Strength and Gentleness’, and encouraged them to carry these values into the future. Year 12 students made their way out of the Stadium, through a guard of honor created by the entire College, before joining teachers and family for a barbecue lunch.
The Class of 2024 gifted the College an orange tree, to be planted in the school yard. The plaque, inscribed with “the rest is still unwritten,” a nod to their Year 12 song, serves as an inspiring reminder to future students that they can achieve whatever they set their minds to.
Congratulations to Nate Curran, Charlie Wilson and Scarlett Munday-Terry who performed in the recent HAC production of Pirates of Penzance. Well done everyone!
