Welcome back to Term 4! As we settle into the new term, there’s plenty happening across the College. We are excited to share updates and key information for our school community as we move through the final stretch of the academic year.

Year 12 Students Finishing and Final Exams

Our Year 12 students are now preparing to finish their time at Kyabram P-12 College. As they approach their final exams, we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them on their hard work and dedication throughout the year. These exams mark the culmination of years of effort, and we wish them the very best of luck as they take this significant step toward their future endeavours.

Transition Planning for 2025

Looking ahead, our focus is on preparing a smooth and supportive transition for all students in 2025. Early planning ensures that each student has a positive start to their new year level, and we are already making great strides in this area.

Kinder to Prep Transition

Our 2025 Preps will begin their transition sessions next Wednesday 23 October from 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm. This is an exciting time for our future Preps as they begin their journey with us.

Year 1 - 5 Transition

Students currently in Years 1 - 5 will have their transitions across the following dates for a portion of the day:

  - Week 7: Monday 18 November  

  - Week 8: Monday 25 November  

  - Week 9: Tuesday 3 December  

Year 6 to Year 11 Transition - Flying Start 

Our Flying Start program for students currently in Years 6 - 11 will begin on Monday 25 November. This program will help them get a head start on their 2025 classes and routines. Our current Year 7 students will have one week from Monday 9 December.

As we head towards the end of the year, there are many key events and dates that are important for all families to note. We encourage you to stay informed and refer to our Key Dates section in the school’s online calendar. Keeping up to date will help ensure a smooth finish to the year.
