Our international students come to Australia from their home countries to learn in a different school environment, to learn more about Australian culture, and of course to continue to build English into their impressive language repertoires. There is a deep and broad pool of interests and talents amongst our International Student Program (ISP) students, and we encourage them to share such interests and talents while they are with us.

Our ISP has hit the ground running in 2024, with five new students joining us in the English Language Centre and last year’s ELC graduates joining our mainstream classes. We also have a number of students who have done their language school study elsewhere and are straight into mainstream classes. Chelt.Sec is hosting international students hailing from China, Japan, India, Cambodia, and Myanmar. 

On Friday 9th February we will officially welcome our international students with a lunch while celebrating the Lunar New Year for 2024.
