If you are interested in getting involved for the first time in 2024 it will give you a flavour of what to expect and how you might contribute.  You can also find more information, including the association’s constitution, on the school website, at  https://www.carnegieps.vic.edu.au/page/77/PFA

Registering as a PFA member

The Department of Education requires that all school parent committees, such as our PFA, comply with a standard Constitution.  It stipulates that all voting members of the PFA must complete a Registration Form each year.  If you would like to receive information from the PFA, such as notice of meetings, agenda and minutes, please take a few minutes to complete the registration form on the Qkr App.

Qkr!

Qkr is the online platform used by the School and the PFA for events, fundraising initiatives orders.  It is really important that at the beginning of each year you update your child(ren)’s profile in Qkr to reflect their new year level and class.  This will ensure lunch orders and other items reach them safely and on time.  More information on how to set up / use Qkr can be found on the school website, at https://www.carnegieps.vic.edu.au/uploaded_files/media/qkr_setup_guide_carnegie_ps_23_feb_2021.pdf
