Wellbeing Sensory Den

This year we have re-introduced a wellbeing space known as “The Sensory Den” for our students to enjoy during recess breaks. It’s been a huge hit with our students, particularly during those hot days! 

The students have been great in displaying the school value of RESPECT as we introduce this space to our school community. 

Lego, slime, playdough and kinetic sand and squish mellows and of course our real-life goldfish are getting lots of love from the students!

Prep

Preps are enjoying Fine Motor Friday to work on finger strength, cutting,

name writing and pencil grip. 

Year 3/4

Here are some highlights from 3/4B about :

-Swimming carnival

At the swimming carnival we had a free swim at the end and it was fun! – Grady

I loved swimming in the 50 metres backstroke and I got second place. – Kymberlee

-The start of term 1

I love how everyone has been participating and trying our best – Marlee 

I love that we have been bouncing back even though it has been extremely hot. – Ryda

AUSLAN
