Visual Arts

Foundation students enjoyed their first Visual Arts session in the Art Room.

Year 1and 2 students have been learning about the artists Jim Dine. They took inspiration from his piece, The Confetti Heart I, and created their own hearts in a similar style. 

Performing Arts

Year 1 and 2 students have been learning and consolidating their understanding of the Elements of Music, including dynamics, rhythm and beat.

Year 5 and 6 students have been exploring and using scripts as part of their drama unit. They have also been developing their use of body language, mannerisms and gestures in order to enhance their portrayal of certain characters.
