P & F UPDATE

The Parents & Friends Meeting was held on Wednesday, 26 February and it was fantastic to see all of the parents who have put their hand up to help support our school community this year, and we look forward to working together to create another fantastic year for our children at St Aidans. The main aims of the P&F are to provide financial assistance and volunteers to the school to enhance our children's education and wellbeing, to organise events for the school community to come together and connect and provide an additional forum for discussion on matters affecting our children's education and development.

We’re pleased to introduce our Class Parents for each year level:

Year 4 - Dominic L & Jo P

Year 5 - Amanda J & Wade O

Year 6 - Jo L

These wonderful volunteers will help coordinate communication, assist with events, and support teachers where needed. A huge thank you to those who have stepped up! Typically, we prefer to have 2 class parents in each year group, so if you are interested in helping out, please contact your class parent or Jo on 0423 023 272. 

We are still looking for additional volunteers, so if you’re interested in getting involved in general — please reach out to Jo and we can add you to the Volunteer Parents Whatsapp group. Your time and effort, big or small, make a real difference!

We also understand that not everyone can volunteer their time - but you may have food/items/services that you can donate to assist with our P&F events/raffles. For example, we are planning to hold a Mother's Day Stalls and Breakfast, a Father's Day Breakfast and a school disco this year - so if there's anything you are able to contribute in terms of catering, prizes, equipment, etc, we would greatly value your assistance! 

We’d love to see as many families as possible getting involved or attending our events. If you have any questions or would like to lend a hand, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Let’s make this year a great one!

P & F SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP

The second hand uniform shop will be opened by appointment only for Term 1. Please contact 0423 023 272 to arrange an appointment.

The P & F Committee are asking for parent volunteers for the uniform shop. They are flexible with opening times/days and if you are able to volunteer, please contact Jo on 0423 023 272.
