Year 9 Ceramics have started their skills building folio. Group 01 have created pinch pot monsters.  Group 03 have made pinch pot birds. 

Year 10 Art Students have been busy to start their creative journey by completing our first folio task called Charcoal Self-Portrait. Students developed and refined a range of techniques capturing themselves as the subject matter. Students’ blended, smudged and layered charcoal to create a variety of mid-tones through to darker values, that enhance the form of the face. 

Year 10 Students explored the media ink exploring how many different marks could be made using a variety of traditional tools and contemporary ink applications. They ink and wash drawings have a wonderful quality to them. They also explored the effects of Yupo paper which creates some wonderful implied textures.
