Grade 1News

In Grade 1, we have been doing amazing learning over the past fortnight.  

In English, we have been exploring our sounds and letters revising what they have learnt in prep. Building on this knowledge to include digraphs and new tricky words.

In Health, we have been learning about how to be safe, respectful and responsible at school. We are also exploring how to make healthy choices with our bodies.

In Mathematics, we have been establishing our growth mindset. While also investigating data and graphing in our classrooms.  

We also congratulate our award winners from Week 1 with Grade 1 Shannon being our Bernie Trophies winners .
