2025 FORPS Springtime Fair

Donation Update
Thanks to all of those who dropped things off so far. We are blown away by your generosity.
Next week the coordinators are collecting Silent Auction items. These are big ticket items (vouchers, hampers, experiences, memorabilia, high end gifts).
We also need containers for the Guess the Lollies stall. So if you have any large transparent jars or canisters to donate, please bring them up too.
The coordinators will be in the Prep break out space on Wednesday mornings (9-9:30) and Thursday afternoons (3-3:45) to receive these goods. (Same place as the book fair).
You are welcome to bring up any other previously requested items, if you missed other drop offs. If you are not available at these times, then you can drop to the office at any time.
Thanks
Jackie Arbuckle
Face Painting Stall Volunteers
Come & Try Practice Sessions
When:
#1 Thursday 30 Oct: 3.30pm - 4.30pm
#2 Friday 7 Nov: 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Where:
In the Prep area under the shade sails at the picnic tables
At the face painting stall, you’ll be sprinkling smiles and a splash of colour across the fair. No need to be a master artist—if you can hold a brush, you’re set. There will be a variety of fixed designs for customers to choose from which are simple, cheerful, and easy to paint, so anyone can help out. All adults, teens, and previous RPS students are encouraged to volunteer. We are holding two come and try practice sessions for volunteers to learn the basic skills with the face paint supplies, and have a go with the fixed designs to build confidence before the fair. Come and have some fun, learn some new skills (could be handy for your next kids party 😉) and contribute to the fair.
If you are ready to sign up, please visit the RPS Fair Volunteer link and click on Face Painting under the Entertainment section.
