Learning and Teaching

Unit Newsletters
Please find attached copies of each year level's unit newsletter for Term 3.
These contain a helpful overview of key dates and learning content for the term ahead.
Class teachers will also email these to you directly by the end of this week.
Graduate Outcome Awards
In the last week of Term 2, students from each class in F-6 were presented with the HOPE Graduate Outcome Awards.
Students who graduate from St Therese’s Primary School are people of HOPE, who believe in themselves, and stay positive even when faced with challenges. They look for solutions rather than focusing on problems and learn from mistakes.
Our next award will be on the Graduate Outcome of INTEGRITY.

Our next assembly will be on Wednesday, July 22nd at 2:30pm in the St Therese's Church. Awards for Integrity will be presented at this assembly.
Term 3 Learning Conversations - Thursday 23 July (School Closure Day)
Bookings are now open for our Term 3 Learning Conversations. Please ensure you have read your child's end-of-semester report before your meeting, as it will form the basis of the conversation about your child's learning and progress. Reports are available on PAM.
There is an additional option to conduct this meeting via Zoom as you select your time. Your child's teacher will be in contact with a link if this is your preferred method.
For Years 3 and 5, a hard copy of your NAPLAN Individual Student Report will be available.
These conversations are a great way to touch base with teachers, to celebrate achievements and look forward to continued growth as the year progresses.
