Pajama Day

On Tuesday, 24th  June, which is in Week 10, we are holding a Pajama Day. We invite you to bring a gold coin to donate as money raised will go to Maroondah Council's, Winter Shelter organisation. Winter Shelter buys tents, sleeping bags and food for homeless people. We believe it is important to raise money for the homeless and to promote awareness on this subject.

We can't wait to see everyone in their pajamas in Week 10!

Thank you,

New Uniform Supplier and SSB Funds

We would like to inform our school community about a change to our uniform supplier. After many years of valued service, we extend our sincere thanks to PSW  for their ongoing support and commitment to providing quality school uniforms to our students and families.

We are pleased to announce that our new uniform supplier will be Spartan School World. Spartan has a retail store conveniently located in New Street, Ringwood, where families can view and try on items before purchasing. They also offer the flexibility of small batch ordering, which is ideal for special items such as Grade 6 commemorative garments. Spartan is known for its excellent quality control and high manufacturing standards, and we are excited to continue to provide a range of uniform items as part of this transition, including a few new and exciting additions to the range.

To ensure a smooth changeover for families, please take note of the following timeline:

  • PSW will continue to supply our current uniform until 15 June 2025.
  • There will be a four-week transition period during which no new uniform stock will be available for purchase.
  • During this time, our onsite second-hand uniform shop will remain open to support families with any immediate uniform needs.
  • Spartan will have new stock available for purchase from 14 July 2025.

We would also like to remind families that the School Savings Bonus (SSB) can be used for uniform.  If you wish to use your School Savings Bonus for uniform purchases, please ensure this is done through PSW before 15 June 2025

Any funds remaining after 15 June 2025, including online voucher amounts that have not been redeemed, will become a credit to use on school activities. However, the credit will not be available on your family account at our school until late July. To use any remaining SSB funds to cover the cost of school activities in July, please refer to the SSB online system and allocate the funds to school activities before 30 June 2025. To learn more about the SSB online system, download the step-by-step System guide for parents and carers (DOCX, 945KB) or watch this School Saving Bonus video. System guide translations are also available in 14 languages.

Further details, including Spartan’s store address, trading hours, and ordering information, will be shared in the coming weeks.

We thank you for your support and understanding during this period of change and look forward to working with Spartan to provide high-quality uniform options for our community.

If you have any questions regarding the transition, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.
