Parents' Association Update 

Winter Solstice – June 19th

As we hurtle through term 2 and into June, it is safe to say that winter has arrived.

Whilst the cold, short days have us all dreaming of somewhere warm and sunny, SKiPPA, our Parents' Association, are running an event to embrace and celebrate the shortest day of the year - the Winter Solstice.

From 5pm -7pm on Thursday June 19th, our school will take over the 'new' Parks Victoria Pavilion right next to school for an evening of celebration to also mark the end of term 2 and the midpoint of our school year.

During the evening there will be;

• Lantern making and an after-dark lantern walk
• A delicious warm pasta dinner
• A fire-twirling display
• Mulled wine for adults

All of our SKiPPS families are invited to attend and tickets cost a bargain $8.00 for children and $10.00 for adults  - this includes lantern making, pasta and mulled wine for adults.

Gnoccheria & SKiPPS 2025 Fundraiser

🍝Gnoccheria by Take me home and St Kilda Park Primary have joined forces to present Gnoccheria Fundraiser 2025.

We were lucky enough to have the amazing Gnoccheria sauces at COTA last year, this is your chance to enjoy this at home and support SKiPPS.

Gnoccheria by Take me home Coburg was established in 2019 & Middle Park in 2021, however Take me home (the parent company) has been wholesaling & attending farmers markets with their products for 20 years.

Take me home is a small family run business with husband & wife team (Trent & Felicity) at the helm. They use Felicity’s family’s traditional recipes and have put a modern spin on them to include things like Gluten Free, Organic & Vegan to the range. All their products are hand made using a lot of the ingredients they use on their family’s organic farm based in Thorpdale, Gippsland.

For every packet of gnocchi, jar of sauce and pizza base sold SKiPPS will get $2 and for each lasagna SKiPPS will receive $5.
