PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Looking back...

Last week our students were very busy at a number of different extra-curricular events.  Staff reported enthusiasm and sportsmanship which was pleasing. Thank you to our staff who really make these extra activities happen and to families for supporting these events with time, money and words of encouragement.

I had the pleasure of attending the Toastmasters Dinner on Friday night with Miss Bailey and our four Year 10 girls who were amazing! Also, on Saturday I attended the Modern Conflicts Commemoration with our Primary SRC. The students represented our school with dignity and pride. Thank you again to our parents who supported this event.

Mega Raffle and Race Day

Our P and F have the most amazing Mega Raffle happening for our Annual Race Day. The prizes are fantastic. I know everyone could benefit from being $7500 richer. The second prize motorbike will soon be in our front foyer to create some buzz. Please sell your family book of tickets and come along to the Race Day on Saturday 19 October. Please tell your friends and family - tickets can also be purchased on trybooking.com  and via the QR code.

Visit by Dr Lynn Sharratt from Canada

This Thursday and Friday Holy Trinity School is hosting 60 visitors from our local diocesan schools who are coming to listen and learn from Dr Lynn Sharratt from Canada. Our system of schools has been working with Lynn for the last 7 years. We are looking forward to having her and our colleagues in our school.

Alinta Holiday Hours

Our uniform shop will be open during the school holidays by appointment only. This is a new initiative of Alinta. Find out more details in the flyer in the Office, Canteen and Uniform section of the newsletter.

Reminders

Year 8 and 9 excursions

The final payments for the Year 8 and 9 excursions are now due.  The students will be departing in Week 10 for the Great Aussie Bushcamp and Sydney respectively. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are having difficulty paying for these events.

Term 3 School Fees 

School fees are now due. Please contact the Front Office and speak with Dee, our Finance Officer, if you have any questions or concerns about fee payment.
