3.   Devices purchased from EDUNET will be delivered to school where the school’s technician will load all appropriate programs prior to the student collecting the device.

4.   Parents will be notified by the school when the device can be collected.

5.   Parents will need to make arrangements with the school's technician to have the software loaded if they are purchasing their own device or bringing one from home.

6.   If purchasing a device from EDUNET, the school technician will endeavour to fix any issues if possible or organise repairs with EDUNET. Other devices are the owner’s responsibility.

7.   While the device is the property of the student, there are stringent regulations involving the use of appropriate games/software and programs. Please read both policies.

8.   If the student forgets their device, there will be no replacement device made available.

9.   Students who are unable to purchase or bring a device from home, will be given a shared loan device to use during the day, but it must be returned at the end of each day. It cannot be taken home.

10. While insurance is recommended for the device, it is completely a personal choice.

11. Laptop bags can be purchased through EDUNET or other retail sources, or a skin can be used and the device can be stored in the school bag. This too is personal choice.

12. Devices can be purchased now, but availability may be an issue so get in early.

13. Devices purchased from EDUNET before the closing date 28th November 2024 (as listed on the portal as in stock), will receive them before Christmas.

14. Students using their sibling’s device will have the new programs loaded by the school’s technician.

15. While insuring the device is recommended, this is solely the parent / guardian’s responsibility.
