Reminders from the Office

Year 6 Jumpers

A reminder to our current Year 5 families that orders for the 2026 Year 6 jumpers will close on Saturday 25th October.  Orders and payment need to be placed online at www.klad.au.  There is a "Notes" box on the order page where you can enter your child's name to be embroidered on the front of the jumper (nick names are not permitted).  

2026 Booklist Ordering 

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BOOKLIST FOR 2026 ONLINE BY FRIDAY OCTOBER 31st Booklists orders submitted after this date will have a LATE FEE OF $15 

Go to the Old Orchard Primary School booklist site – https://booklist.officebrands.com.au/mba 

1) Enter the School Access Code – OLDORCBTS Select – Create an Order

 2) Enter Details Separate orders are required for each child Enter your child’s name and select their Year Level for 2026 Pre-defined quantities for each item have been recommended by the teachers, but you can adjust as required. When finished, click on Add Order to Cart Review you order (click on Edit Order if required) Select, Checkout or Add Another Student if you have multiple students. 

3) Checkout Enter your details Select “Collect at School (PAY NOW)” from the drop down menu Click Next You will then be taken the Payment Portal where you can fill in your credit card details – Visa or Mastercard only Click Submit Order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order shortly – if you do not receive this email, check your spam. If it is not there, please call our office and we will check for you – 1300 421 554 Your credit card statement transaction will show our company name – Absolute Office National Pty Ltd.

We’re Surrey Park Swimming, a not-for-profit organisation that has been proudly teaching children to swim for over 50 years. Our mission is to ensure every child has the chance to learn the lifesaving skill of swimming — building confidence, safety, and enjoyment in and around the water.

We know many families are doing it tough right now, and we want to make swimming lessons more accessible to everyone.

The Victorian Government Get Active Kids Voucher Program can help eligible families receive up to $200 off swim lessons at Surrey Park Swimming.

• Eligible children must be 0–18 years old, live in Victoria, and meet one of the following:✅ Named on a Health Care Card and Medicare Card✅ Named on a Pensioner Concession Card and Medicare Card✅ Hold a temporary, provisional, or student visa, or be an undocumented migrant✅ Reside in Victorian Care Services
