Maths Fluency
Maths fluency refers to students' ability to use mathematical procedures and recall facts accurately, efficiently, and flexibly. It involves understanding concepts, choosing appropriate methods, and quickly carrying out calculations to solve problems without excessive cognitive load.
Our PVN Maths Counting checklist is a part of our homework for students from Prep to Year 6 and its purpose is to help students build and develop fluency with numbers. You can help your children by encouraging them to practise the skills on their checklist; even throughout the upcoming holidays!
