YEAR 9 KEY INFORMATION: WEEK 1

Welcome to Term 4

Welcome back to Term 4! This is a short but important eight-week term as we work towards wrapping up the school year. We encourage all students to arrive each day ready to engage, participate fully, and make the most of the opportunities ahead. Maintaining consistent attendance, punctuality, and effort will be key to finishing the year on a positive note as we approach the end of the year.

Term 3 Reports

As Term 3 reports have now been shared, we encourage families to take a moment to review them together and set clear goals for Term 4. This is a valuable opportunity to reflect on progress and identify areas for growth. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teachers for support.

Work Experience

In the coming weeks, representatives from VPG will visit to speak with students about Work Experience, and we will begin organising placements for Term 1, 2026. We encourage families to start conversations around areas of interest and possible future pathways to help guide these decisions.

Uniform Schedule: Week 1

Term 3 Reports

Term 3 Reports have now been uploaded and can be accessed via the MyCE Parent App or the Parent Portal. Please click on the tab labelled 'The Learning Dashboard' to view your child's report.

Parents are encouraged to view these with their students, celebrating the successes and discussing the challenges.

Stop, Drop & Go Zone Reminder

We ask that parents drive as far forward as possible in the Stop, Drop & Go zone at the front of the College, especially during wet weather. Please do not stop at the Teepee, as this causes traffic to back up and creates further congestion.
