Foundation to Grade 6 - Community Event Project

Students are working in groups to create a Fantastic Face for our community event on Sunday November 16. Students are using the Learning Asset of 'I am a Collaborator' to design and decorate a large cardboard face. Students continued to work on the colour theme and painted the features. 

Line and patterns were applied this week as students used Posca markers to decorate the face. It is wonderful to hear the students use art language when discussing which colours could be used in different areas of the face.

The faces will be part of an art installation at the Community Event on Sunday November 16. Come and have a look at the finished artwork on display.
