Year Three - Spotlight on Learning

Ephesus Community

Dear Families,

This term, the Year Three students achieved remarkable growth in their learning and personal development. They embraced new challenges with enthusiasm and demonstrated a willingness to step outside their comfort zones. Their progress in literacy and numeracy was evident through their increased confidence in reading, writing, and problem-solving, especially their enthusiasm with the implemented Math's Fluency. They engaged in rich discussions, particularly around the text "Matilda" and the use of corporal punishment in schools and developed a stronger sense of teamwork. Throughout the term, they showed learning, respect, safety  and a growing sense of responsibility within the classroom and school community. Their hard work and dedication were truly commendable, and they should feel proud of all they accomplished.

As we get closer to Easter, we hope that you are able to spend some quality time with loved ones, and share in the miracles of the risen Lord and appreciate the small tokens of kindness we have to offer one another.

God Bless,

Year Three Ephesus Team.
