Coles Development Update 

Over the past week the team have made significant progress with the site, the completed works achieved are:

• Completion of our fourth suspended slab on Lower Ground 1 Pour 4. 
• Completion of the Suspended deck on Upper Ground Pour 2.
• The Scaffold has been topped up to ensure no materials can fall out of the boundary to Balfour Lane. 

Works that are targeted for the remainder of the week are: 

• Concrete Pour to Upper Ground Pour 2 on Thursday 09/11/2023, a one lane closure will be utilised. 
• Install of Columns from Lower Ground 1 to Upper Ground Pour 3, preparing a pour for Tuesday 14/11/2023. 
• Continuation with Formwork to the Upper Ground Pour 4 Slab.
• Commencement of Level 1 Pour 1 Suspended Slab.
