Writing 

Over the past fortnight, students have been preparing and delivering debates. Students were able to use their persuasive skills to create strong arguments for their topic. The students presented their debates to the grade 5 students. It was fantastic to see the students present their arguments and use some speaking and listening skills such as eye contact and tone/volume of their voice. Some students had the opportunity to make a rebuttal and it was great to see how well they listened to the other team to then make a strong comeback. Well done grade 6 for your great effort during this literacy task.                        

Prep Buddy Time 

The grade sixes and preps enjoyed spending time together to create some Christmas art this week!
