Food Technology and Food Studies news 

 Mrs Hatfield and Mrs Shea’s Year 10’s prepared the fluffiest and highly nutritious omelettes last week. The Year 10’s have been learning about The Austrlaian Guide to Healthy Eating and what foods we should eat daily for our age, gender and activity levels. As you can see the students really enjoyed making this dish and the results were outstanding. 

 

The Year 12’ s also were looking at the ADGTHE’s and prepared a chicken and noodle salad that made their gut microbiota sing. The students are currently planning their own healthy breakfast, I wonder how many of them will make an omelette??
