Progress Reports and Student Parent Teacher Interviews

Progress Reports

The first cycle of Progress Reports for this semester will be released to students and families on Tuesday the 12th of March after school, via the ‘Reports’ tab in Compass. There are three Progress Reports conducted each semester, with the last cycle forming part of the student’s Semester Report.

Teaching staff provide feedback on six key measures related to our school values of curiosity, compassion and community. Progress reports can be exported into .pdf format as a results grid (shown below) and also viewed in graphical format on Compass and on the Semester Report.

Parent Student Teacher Conferences and bookings

On Thursday the 21st of March, Heathmont College will be running our Term 1 Parent Student Teacher Conference between 11am and 7pm. Parents and guardians can book in with their student’s classroom teacher for 10 minutes interviews using the ‘Conferences’ tab on the main page of Compass.

A ‘Webex (online)’ booking option is available to select from in the Interpreter required section if you are unable to attend in person on the day but still wish to discuss your student’s progress with the teacher.

Conference bookings will open with the release of the Progress Reports on Tuesday the 12th of March afterschool.
