Leadership Inauguration Assembly

On Monday the 19th February, the student body and parents and guests were introduced to the student leadership team for 2024. 

With speeches introducing the School Captains, Vice Captains and Prefects, these leaders got their first taste of what this year entails for them, and had a chance to express some of their goals to the rest of the community, as well as congratulate those who have already received sporting awards and other leadership roles this year.

Introduced for the first time were the House Captains and Year 7 Ambassadors for this year:

• House Captains 
  • Monash: Archie Gordon and Ellie Westerveld
  • Flynn: Violeta Nackovski and Jennifer Berezy
  • Gilmore: Fern Hamilton and Abby Bricknell
  • Hollows: Shay de la Rose and Bella Whittham
• Year 7 Ambassadors
  • Judson Costello, Emily Gordon, Sahara Fuller, Lily Hirschmann, Luke Beggs, Jett Webber, William Powell, Indyanna Stewart and Rylan Johnson

By building such a large and diverse team of leaders throughout multiple year levels, Heathmont is looking to head in positive directions, if not rowdy, directions!
