Neurodiversity, the natural variation in how individual brains function, is one of humanity's greatest strengths.
During this session Mel Jeffery (they/them), Autistic & ADHD parent & Social Worker will share their experience navigating life with a mind that the world doesn't always cater for.
Mel will share:
- the concept of neurodiversity & their own experience of coming to understand and celebrate the things that make them different
- the positive wellbeing outcomes possible for all children through valuing neurodiversity; and
- practical tips and examples for creating affirming environments where all children can thrive.
