NEW - Project Compassion Fundraiser

As the weather is still warm, we are going to sell Zooper Doopers on Thursdays during Lent to raise money for Project Compassion. Zooper Doopers will be on sale at the start second break for $1.00 each.

NEW - Art Studio

It's been a busy time for Grades 1 to 6 in our beautiful Art Studio. We've been investigating, modelling, planning and creating since the first lesson back in 2024.

Below are some images of some Grade 3/4 students looking rather...frightened.

I wonder why? I wonder what artist and famous piece of art they are studying? Can you guess?

Watch this space for some scarily-good artwork; it's a scream!

NEW - The Fortnight in Foundation

Over the past two weeks in Foundation we have started to learn our letters and sounds. So far we have met Milo Monkey, Sally Snake, Felix Frog and Ally Alligator. Over the coming two weeks we will introduce Peter Penguin, Tim Turtle, Cooper Caterpillar and Izzy Insect.

Please continue to practise the letter names and initial sounds using your child's alphabet chart that was sent home at the end of last year. If you need a new one please see your classroom teacher.

Please see the sequence of which the letters are introduced below.

It has also been fantastic seeing our Foundation children bringing a fruit/veg snack in a small container for ‘Crunch and Sip’ break. We have asked the children to place their container, piece of fruit or snap lock bag onto their table before school starts to avoid wasting time finding it in their lunch boxes during learning time. The fruit snack needs to be something easy for them to eat quickly with little mess.

Our Foundation students have also been proudly wearing their correct school uniform. Please use PAM via Simon Everywhere to notify the teacher if your child is out of uniform.

Children have enjoyed eating pancakes during Shrove Tuesday and learning how to cross the road safely with Allison.

Thank you to Allison’s Mum for the gorgeous book worms once again this year. The children thought they were very cute.
