OGPS Day

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”

 William Arthur Ward

As I start my twentieth year at Ocean Grove Primary School, I wonder where the time has gone. Each year brings new challenges that I enjoy facing. It is such a pleasure to spend time with the students, parents, and staff of our community. Every now and then I think about changing jobs and moving to another school, but why would I do that? OGPS is such a brilliant place to work, and I continue to remain passionate about our school.

OGPS Day is a chance for us all to celebrate all the wonderful things about our school. Students may be doing some activities related to OGPS Day on Friday in their classrooms or during Peer Connect. Students are encouraged to wear a splash of blue with their school uniform. It could be blue nail polish, a ribbon, or head band, or even some blue zinc. As a parent or carer, you might also like to join in with a splash of blue.

Have a wonderful week.
