Learning and Exploring in Kinder

This term Kinder students are learning about and celebrating the ways that God has made us alike and different. 

During this exploration children have been sharing the different languages they speak at home. We have been looking for ways to celebrate these differences and make them visible in the classroom. Some of the children have been teaching us ways to greet people in their home languages and we have been able to locate the different countries our families come from on the world globe. This week we’re able to look at several bi-lingual books and see the different kinds of characters and words used.
