Year 10 Work Experience Week

In Term 3, our amazing Year 10 students have been out in the community, gaining real-world experience across a wide range of industries – and we couldn’t be prouder!

From law firms to farms, cafés to childcare, our students have stepped out of the classroom and into diverse workplaces, including:

• A lawyer’s firm
• Bunnings
• A horticulture farm
• MainStream Aquaculture
• Degani’s Café
• QUIKPITSTOP Automotive
• Child care centres
• Sports coaching
• The Salvation Army
• STEAM placements at Wyndham Tech School
• Retail: Myer, Best & Less

Each placement has provided our students with valuable insight into possible career paths, while also helping them to build skills, gain confidence, and develop a clearer picture of their futures.

We sincerely thank the many organisations who generously hosted our students and supported their learning this week. The experiences gained will stay with them well beyond Year 10 and inspire their journeys ahead.
