Performing Arts & Music

Junior
The Junior students have been enjoying reflecting on all their production glory. We had an interactive 'viewing' of both concerts, so they could watch themselves perform. The pride and joy as they watched themselves perform was beautiful to watch. They joined in and danced along to all the different level dances and enjoyed spotting siblings and friends.
We reflected as a group on how we felt and what the performance meant to us. The students also drew beautiful pictures of what Monty's Got Talent Camp looked like to them. They are now proudly stuck up in the Performing Arts classroom
Senior
The dust is settling on what has been an extremely busy time for both Junior and senior Performing Arts programs. The “Monty’s Got talent Camp” production was a huge success with our students starring across the board.
The dedication and enthusiasm that the students showed in preparing the vast range of resources, props, songs and costumes that are required for such a production, was quite fabulous and was the reason why both performances were so successful.
A huge shout out to all of the MPS staff who worked so tirelessly to guide and support our students to achieve their best outcomes. And now we turn our attention to term four and the Christmas Concert which is always a highlight for our community.
