NRMA Road Safety Education Program

We are excited to inform you about an upcoming opportunity for our K-6 students to learn through the NRMA Road and Safety Education Program at school. This free program is designed to educate our young learners about road safety and responsible behaviour as pedestrians, cyclists, and passengers. This will include students learning about important safety strategies, such as the role of the seatbelt, how to correctly fit a helmet and travelling safely in the car. It will be presented by professional science educators from Fizzics Education. 

Program Details

Content: Engaging activities and lessons on road safety, including practical demonstrations and interactive sessions.

Date: Tuesday 20th May

Duration: Each session lasts for approximately 1 hour.

Curriculum link: Aligned to the K-6 PDHPE, Science and English curriculum.

This program is an excellent opportunity for our students to learn essential safety skills that will help keep them safe on the roads.
