Shoe Shopping

The Year 6s followed the design process to create a shoe using a range of new and recycled materials. They measured their feet then spent some time designing their ideal shoe, noting down the features they wanted to include in their prototype. 

They then created advertisements for their shoes using the Canva app. 

A display of their shoes has been set up in the library,

 so please come along to have a look.

Let it Rain!

The Year 2s have been learning about where rain comes from. They explored the water cycle and learnt some key vocabulary like, evaporation, condensation and precipitation. 

They then got into pairs and created their own water cycle in a bag experiment. The bags are taped up against the STEAM room window ensuring lots of sunshine will activity the water cycle process.
