Art4All 2025 – Volunteer Roles Now Open!

 ArtForAll is back for 2025 on August 29th-31st—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

This much-loved three-day celebration of creativity and community is made possible entirely by volunteers. We’re now looking for a few enthusiastic parents and carers to help bring the magic to life.

Here are some of the key roles we’re hoping to fill:

Family Fair Day Coordinator

Lead the planning of our fun-filled Sunday Fair Day! Work with stallholders, organise entertainment and activities, and help create a vibrant, inclusive community celebration.

ArtForAll (Shadow) Treasurer

Learn the ropes from our current Treasurer in 2025, then take the lead in 2026. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys budgeting, spreadsheets, and supporting the team behind the scenes.

Graphic Designer

Design the visual identity for ArtForAll 2025—posters, signage, social media assets and more. Perfect for someone with a design background who wants to help shape the look and feel of the festival.

Gallery Shop Manager

Oversee the setup and running of our beloved Gallery Shop, featuring creations from makers from our wider community. Includes maker liaison, layout planning, pricing, and volunteer coordination.

Gallery Shop Inventory Manager

Support the Shop Manager by cataloguing and labelling all stock, and keeping things beautifully organised. Great for someone with a sharp eye and a love of spreadsheets!

EFTPOS Manager

Manage and monitor the EFTPOS systems during the event to ensure smooth transactions in the Gallery & Shop and on the Sunday Fair Day. Ideal for someone tech-savvy.

These roles can be shared between two people, so feel free to team up with a friend!
