Year One and Foundation Perceptual Motor Program (PMP)
Each Wednesday, our Foundation and Year One students have been thoroughly enjoying their time in the Perceptual Motor Program (PMP).
PMP is a movement-based program designed to support children’s physical and cognitive development. Through fun and engaging activities, students build essential skills such as balance, coordination, spatial and visual awareness, and fine and gross motor control. The program also promotes social interaction, concentration, and problem-solving - all of which are crucial building blocks for future learning.
Every session is filled with energy, laughter, and a great sense of achievement. It’s been a joy to see the children grow in confidence as they gain greater physical independence and take pride in doing things for themselves.
