Village Fair 2026

Village Fair Update

 

With less than 3 weeks to go until the fair preparations are going well and we're looking forward to delivering a fun filled fair with lots of entertainment and activities for all.

 

We're continuing to look for support from all school families with the following:

 

  • The Volunteer roster is posted at the front desk and will be out at assembly, if you have not yet signed up for a shift or two please do so now.

  • Good Quality Books and Toys can be left at reception at school on Wednesdays and Fridays, if you have any larger items please contact Jessie McMaster to arrange drop off.

     

The much anticipated raffle is also up online with 5 fantastic prize packs to win for more details and to purchase Village Fair Raffle 

 

Ride wristbands can also now be purchased ahead of the fair, save time queuing on the day, Village Fair Ride Wristbands

 

VILLAGE FAIR CAKE & FRESH PRODUCE STALL

 

Our cake and fresh produce stall is always a huge success and it is an easy way for you to contribute to the organisation of our major fundraiser, even if you aren’t going to be around on the day.

 

We are asking every family to supply baked goods or fresh produce for the stall. The list below shows items that have proven to sell well in the past, but don’t let that curb your culinary genius.

  • Big cakes
  • ‘Single serve’ items, e.g, cupcakes, chocolate crackles, cakepops
  • Slices, e.g., chocolate brownie
  • Items catering for dietary requirements eg Gluten free and vegan.
  • Citrus
  • Herbs
  • Flowers
  • Preserves
  • Vegies

 

The process

  1. Package your item. There will be packaging available to pick up from the office in the coming weeks, but you are welcome to DIY. A paper plate and some glad wrap will work just as well. Leave your items uncut.
  2. Label your item. We will provide labels, but you can make your own. Include the following information:
    1. Name ofitem
    2. Date baked
    3. Ingredients
  3. Drop your item off to school from 3:30pm on Friday 27th March or from 10am on Day of the fair.
