PDHPE

This term in PDHPE, each child will be exploring their physical and mental well-being through various activities, discussions and online research. Across all year levels, the encouragement of students to reflect on their lifestyle choices and set goals for themselves is at the forefront of the term. Whether it's preparing for the upcoming Athletics Carnival (Week 10) or achieving smaller weekly goals, we believe in the power of planning and taking action. Maybe this could be something you do with your child in the upcoming weeks?
For those new to the College, we encourage ongoing access to Canvas and lesson outlines. They're filled with valuable information about theory and practical activities, which in turn ensures each child has the right equipment and knowledge to make the most of their PDHPE experience.
