Yr 9 Helping our Community

Wantirna Primary School Working Bee - Community Project

On Tuesday 14 May, Mr Doble and I took a group of Year 9 students to Wantirna Primary School to complete some yard works that Wantirna College students have been doing. 

Farell P, Daniel A, Tristan B, Jack K, Junior S and Ryan W worked hard to restructure a fence, making for a safe playground for the young students. The boys also worked to clear out piles of wood, cutting and carrying it out of the school.

They did an outstanding and after seeing this group put in the hard work, it is only fitting to recognise their contribution to our community. Thank you boys and Mr Doble!

NOTE: Student wore free dress due to the SRC Free Dress Day.
