Why was number six scared? Because seven ate nine. In maths, we have been learning our four times table. We have also been learning to count by fours and by fractions. Additionally, we have been learning about millimetres, centimetres, metres, kilometres, millilitres and litres. Did you know, multiplication can help you solve an addition problem? We have using MAB to solve larger addition by regrouping ones, tens and hundreds on place value boards. We had lots of fun!

Shh… We know something you don’t! Can you keep a secret? Well, we can’t. We have been finishing our Wendy stories by publishing them at the end of the week. We are looking forward to publishing and reading each other’s stories. Shh... if you’re quiet, you can hear us typing them now!

What is red, blue and white all over? The Bulldogs of course! Two people from the Bulldogs came to our school. They’re names were Jason and Tom. They were kind and fun-loving. They helped us a lot and made football a lot easier for us by teaching us some footy tips. We had a ball!

What is your favourite game in P.E? We love Blob Tag! How to Play: There are 5 hula hoops that are safe spots for the runners. There are two taggers that have the power to turn you into a bad guy (zombies). The zombies can only tag if they partner up with another zombie. The only catch is, you must run slowly because you’re a zombie! If you make it to a hula hoop you are safe.
