Junior Driver Training Day 

The Maffra & District Car Club is hosting another of their Junior Driver Training days on the 9th of July  2023

These events are designed to teach 12 to 17 year old’s Basic Car Control skills in a controlled environment.

The drivers have an instructor with them at all times.  Instructors & Vehicles are supplied by the Maffra Car Club.

EDUCATION UNION NEWS

The Australian Education Union is working in partnership with Monash University on a research project to be conducted over 2024/25 on ‘What the Profession Needs Now, For the Future'. One of the papers to be written by Monash will focus on parents/carers and community, with particular reference to effective partnerships between parents/carers/students and schools and school employees, and will, in part, be informed by the information collected in the survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Introducing ACA – People Outdoors: Camps for People Living with Disability ‘Adventure For All’ People Outdoors, a program of the Australian Camps Association, was established in 1989 to provide outdoor recreation for people of all ages living with disability. Our programs include two-night weekend through to four-day residential camps held during the school holidays. Our participants are looked after by our team of disability support workers for the duration of camp.
