PFA Committees:

Father's Day Stall:

Similar to the recent Mother's Day stall, the Committee sources approximately 300 gifts, mostly from gift catalogues from previous suppliers and Kmart. They arrange Humanitix ticketing to sell tickets for children to select a gift for their father, grandfather or Special friend. This event will be on Thursday, 29th August (or as otherwise determined in that week before Father's Day). Gifts need to be selected fairly soon (early June) to get the "best" gifts from the catalogues as they sell out fairly quickly. Committee needs about 4-6 parents involved.

School Disco:

The annual School Disco is being held on Friday 2nd August in the Hub. While this is a fairly simple event to organise, it does require about 4 - 6 parents involved. Tasks include booking the disco DJ, deciding on what refreshments (if any) are provided, setting up chairs in the Hub for parents who are supervising, selling tickets through Humanitix and then cleaning up the Hub at the end of the event.

Major Fundraising Event:

Every year, we hold a major event to raise funds for the school. While we already have a great idea for this year's event, we are open to hearing other ideas. This is one event where the more parents involved, the more fun can happen. This event is scheduled for October 18th in the Hub.
