NATIONAL SILVER MEDALLIST! 

Oliver C (Grade 5A) and the Twins Baseball Charter recently represented Baseball Victoria at the 2024 Australian Little League Development Baseball Championships in Sydney.

After heavy rain halted play for 2 days, the Twins made the most of their opportunities and played impressive baseball, finishing 5-0 on top of their group and securing a spot in the gold medal game. They came up against a formidable opponent in Manly Maroon, who were also 5-0 at the end of pool play. While the Twins were amazing in the field, the Manly pitcher was just too strong - striking out 12 batters and throwing a complete game shutout for a final score of 0-3. 

Huge congratulations to Oli and his team for their commitment, dedication and hard work throughout the tournament and well done for bringing home a national silver medal for Victoria!
