Staffing Update – Assistant Director of OSHC
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Alysha Gliddon to the role of Assistant Director of Imagination OSHC!
Alysha has been an integral part of our team for the past three years, bringing dedication, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Throughout her time with us, Alysha has made strong connections with all our students, creating a happy and nurturing environment. In her new role, Alysha will continue to enhance our educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and education. We are confident that her leadership and vision will help us reach new heights and provide even better experiences for our students.
Please join us in congratulating Alysha on this well-deserved promotion! We look forward to seeing her excel in her new position and continue making a lasting impact on our OSHC community.
To ensure consistent leadership and support, Ali (OSHC Director) and Alysha will be doing a rotating roster of before school care and after school care, ensuring that there is always one of the leadership team present in the mornings and afternoons.

Term 2 Vacation Care (July)
The July Vacation Care program is now available. The students have been very busy planning the activities for Vacation Care and are excited about the upcoming program.
The due date for this booking form is Wednesday, June 19 at 6:00 PM.
Students with a medical condition cannot attend until medication, a medical action plan, and a risk minimisation plan have been submitted to the Imagination Director.

Please note, excursion days book out early. If the day is at capacity, you will be added to the waitlist. We will send you an email if your child has been added to the waitlist.
Medical Information
A friendly reminder that if your child/ren is/are diagnosed with a medical condition, please ensure an updated medical action plan, risk minimisation plan and medication are provided to Imagination.
All children with allergies must have a current ASCIA action plan for anaphylaxis or an ASCIA action plan for allergic reactions.
If your child has been diagnosed with asthma, please ensure that you also provide educators with an asthma care plan which has been completed by your child’s medical practitioner.
For all other medical conditions, please complete a medical conditions risk minimisation form.
Medical action plans need to be reviewed annually, or as the doctor requests.
Please attach a current photo of your child to the medical action plan.
In conjunction with the medical action plans, an Imagination medical condition risk minimisation is required. This form will provide all educators with valuable knowledge on how to reduce the risks of a medical emergency for your child. To make this more accessible for families in 2024, we have created online risk minimisation forms. You can access them here:

Please also ensure that ALL medication provided to Imagination is in its original packaging, which is clearly labelled with a pharmacy label that states your child’s name, date of birth, and dosage requirements. The label needs to be attached to either the bottle of medication or the canister of the Asthma inhaler.
Your child cannot attend Imagination until these are up to date.
Review of Medical Information
Please note that some medical action plans, risk minimisation plans, or medications are due for review. The Imagination Coordinator will contact families when these are due to expire. We kindly ask that these are updated as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting us keep your child safe at Imagination.
