New Online Ordering Process for Upcoming Individual, Family & Class/PCG Photos
Trinity College and Photo Hendriks are happy to offer online ordering for the upcoming 2024 photo days (in week 3.3).
- Monday 29 July: Junior School & Senior School photos
- Tuesday 30 July: Middle School photos
This new process will remove the need for hard copy envelopes with cash, enable easy order tracking and record keeping, and will do away with the previous unique identifier code for every student. Instead, TC will now have an all-in-one School Access Key, through which families can order their images online. The School Access Key can also be used for placing family/sibling photo orders.

Order deadlines
- Family/sibling photos: 4.30pm, Sunday, 28 July
- Individual and Class/PCG photos: 5.00pm, Thursday, 8 August

- Click on the blue 'Order school photos' button in the top right corner (a new window will open)
- Enter the TC School Access Key (FYF2JZ3U) and click 'Submit'
- Follow the prompts
Are you new to TC in Term 3? Present to the photographers on your allocated photo day and ask for a pink slip to provide your name and class information.
JS & SS Winter Sports Photos
Junior School and Senior School students will have their Winters Sports photos taken next Thursday, 25 July. The photo schedule is linked below for your information. Please ensure you are organised with your correct sporting uniform, including the correct socks.
College Position on Vaping & E-Cigarettes
Students and parents are reminded of the College's position on the supply and use of e-cigarettes and vaping as previously communicated to the community:
If a student participates in vaping at school (or at a school-sanctioned event or program) either from materials they have supplied or have been supplied by another student, he will be immediately suspended for five days. The same consequence will apply to any student found to have vandalised vape detectors. Parents will be notified and then required to attend a meeting to discuss their son’s ongoing enrolment at Trinity College. With consideration to the student, his previous behavioural record and other circumstances, a decision will be made by the Principal regarding his ongoing enrolment.
Bringing a vape or vaping products onto school grounds is a direct contradiction to the values we hold at Trinity College. If a student believes he has the right to put the health and safety of his peers at risk by supplying other students with vapes or vaping products, he is in fact, saying that he does not match our values and is demonstrating disregard for his position at the College.
If a student is found to be supplying vapes or vaping products to other TC students, the family will be given the opportunity to withdraw their son of their own accord. If a withdrawal is not forthcoming, the College will commence the exclusion process. We want to ensure that all families are fully informed and prepared for the steps that will be taken in this situation.
