German Excursion Report

On Friday 24 May we took the train to Parliament Station and walked to the lovely Kino Cinemas. German students from Years 9, 10, 11 and 12 attended. People could choose if they wanted to go. I chose to go because it is my last chance in Year 12 to go with school. I loved going last year so I decided to go again.
Seeing a film in German is a great way to learn German. It’s fun and you hear a lot of new words and words you already know. The subtitles on the screen help you know what is going on if you don’t understand all the German words.
The film was a great story. It was fun and I liked the characters. It had different settings and that helped to make it a good movie. It was called The Flying Classroom but the classroom did not actually fly.
Thanks to Frau Ryan for organising a great excursion and to Frau Prior for coming with us too.
