Exciting Ventures in Year 6: Shark Tank Unit Spurs Entrepreneurial Spirit

We are thrilled to share the remarkable achievements of our Year 6 students as they dive into the world of entrepreneurship during their Shark Tank unit. Over the past few weeks, our budding business big-shots have been working tirelessly on their business plans and proposals, and we couldn't be prouder of their creativity, innovation, and hard work.

The Shark Tank unit has provided an incredible platform for our students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. They were tasked with developing business ideas, creating comprehensive presentations, and convincing our panel of "sharks" to invest in their ventures. And guess what? Most of our young entrepreneurs have been successful with their business ventures!

From tasty treats, toasties and hot chocolates, to 3D printed key rings and scrunchies, each group has created a unique business proposal and amazing products. Today, many students across the school enjoyed the fruits of their labour. Funds raised will contribute to some fun experiences for the Year 6 students in Canberra.

We are confident that these experiences will leave a lasting impact on their personal and academic growth and will prepare them for life ahead. We extend our sincere gratitude to the SCC community for their support throughout this unit.
