Year 10 Food Studies

Year 10 Food Studies students had been working on their "Mini Restaurant Design Brief' where they were required to work in small groups to design their very own restaurant. Students produced a logo, menu and floorplan of their restaurant, presented on a poster. On the last day of Term 2, each group worked together to cook a entrée, main and dessert off their restaurant menu. They were highly successful and proud of their achievements. Well done chefs!
