We Are A Dogs Connect Community

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the Dogs Connect Program and will be introducing a wellbeing dog to our school.

In this unique approach the focus is on broad scale connectedness and wellbeing across the entire school community. This is something that will be very carefully introduced and our dog will not be onsite at school for quite some time yet. In this time, we will be preparing the whole community for this introduction.

Meet Oscar!

I am a 10-month-old Cavoodle and currently weigh around 10 kg.

I have settled in very easily to my new home. I am a very friendly dog and pretty relaxed in general, but I’m always ready to be a little bit cheeky. I love playing tug-of-war, fetch, soccer and anything that involves chasing a ball. I really enjoy getting out to meet other dogs.

I have already learnt so many tricks like sit, drop, stay and I’m continuing training so I can develop the skills I need to become a wellbeing dog. I’m learning new things all the time and improving every week.

I am really looking forward to starting work at St Stephen’s Catholic College.

I can’t wait to meet everyone!
