Teen Mental Health: Parent Resources

Welcome to another exciting year full of learning and growth at St Stephen’s. For those returning students and families, we hope you continue to build on your successes here at school and that you reach out to us for assistance if things get tough. A special welcome to our year 7 students and their families, transition is equal parts fun and a bit scary, so again, please reach out to us for support if needed.

For further information regarding School Counselling services and how you may access us please visit our section of the School website - https://www.sscc.qld.edu.au/schooling-years-7-12/guidance-and-counselling/

In this newsletter piece, we thought adding some resources for parents to support their children might be a good way to kick off the year. Ultimately, you know your children best, and with the right knowledge and avenues for support, you play a vital role in catching issues early.
