Michael Minas - Update

Over the past 5 years, we have collaborated with Michael Minas with the goal of building our capacity to provide rich, problem-solving learning tasks, including creating effective enabling and extension prompts. One of our maths AIP goals this year is to embed this pedagogy into our weekly practice. 

To support our new and/or returning colleagues, Michael Minas will model a rich maths task lesson, followed by a debrief session on Tuesday 17th March. A timetable is currently being finalised, and further details will be shared with these colleagues shortly. More information to come.

Afternoon of Maths Games - 26 February 2026

Your students have been enjoying learning a range of maths games in class so far. In 13 days, we’re excited to welcome families onsite to play these games together. We look forward to hearing students share their thinking and explain the maths they’ve been learning through play!
